About the role This position is responsible for operating and maintaining the Morganton facility tool crib in an accurate and efficient manner. Responsibilities Obtains pricing for required items and processes requisitions for the tool room and other departments as needed Receives, stores, and issues items to Morganton personnel Works with Bruckner systems and personnel to ensure accuracy of inventories Interfaces with vendors and Branson personnel Verifies receipts with purchase orders to confirm accuracy Processes capital requisitions Works with accounts payable and purchasing to insure all purchasing processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner Performs a running cycle count of inventory Communicates issues to tool crib coordinator Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Proficiency in computer operations Knowledge of Microsoft Office Requires approximately 50% clerical duties and 50% physically maintaining the tool crib Regularly requires lifting and climbing of stairs Requires lifting up to 50 lbs.
