Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive troubleshooting and backend support.
2. Solve complex desktop problems.
3. Resolving routing and network issues.
4. Provide general server support, as required.
5. Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
6. Perform system administration activities, for example, schedule overnight backups
7. Providing updates for incident and problem resolution in the ticketing system/knowledge bases.
7. Process technical escalations and more advanced inquiries that are beyond the skills or knowledge of first level Tier I representatives.
8. Provide implementation and core product guidance when supporting a highly technical project. Position Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in IT related work.
2. BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Information or Information Systems field from an accredited college or university. Can be mitigated by an additional 2 years of experience in IT related work (for a total of 7 years of experience overall).
3. IT Level II certification
4. TS/SCI with counter-intelligence polygraph.
