Tier 3 Technology Engineer:

Provide hands-on and remote support (Systems, Help desk, Networks vendors)
Work with external end users (customers) a variety of environments
Act as the escalation point
Networking (high level) configurations, design, implementations, etc.
Sever administration (Azure)
Work on VMWare Hypervisor with a variety of clients
Provide high level customer service

Must Have:

High level networking
Design and configure routers/switches from scratch
Server Administrator experience
Experience with MS O365
VMWare Hypervisor experience
Azure Implementation/maintenance
Bachelors Degree
MSP Experience is a bonus.
Microsoft certification/CCNA is a Bonus.
