Job Title: Tibco Managed File Transfer (SME)
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months to hire
Description: Looking for a seasoned Mid-Senior level MFT SME with at least 5+ years of experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies and the TIBCO MFT product suite including Tibco MFT Internet Server, Tibco MFT Platform Server (Cyberfusion) along with other products such as Connect Direct (Mainframe file transfer), EasyLink Fax and SSH Tectia.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Tibco MFT experience in Unix and Windows enterprise environments.
- Proven hands-on experience in managed file transfer protocols and technologies such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, SSH, SSL, HTTPS, AS2, and secure file transfer methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in file transfer protocols, E2E development/testing of MFT flows, and industry standards for secure file transmission, network requirements, and API enablement.
- Strong understanding of batch job scheduling concepts, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Stonebranch, CA7, Cron)
- Solid knowledge of scripting languages such as shell scripting, JavaScript, web programming like HTML and JSP, Python, Ansible, SQL stored procedures for MS SQL Server and workflow development
- Familiarity with PGP and SFTP/SSH encryption algorithms, data security, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR) is a MUST
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to file transfers and batch job execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex system issues.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with mainframe file transmissions.
- Experience working in financial industries.
