Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect with strong business analysis capabilities to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing integration solutions that meet the complex needs of our organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in integration technologies and a deep understanding of business requirements to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Must have:
- Integration Solution Design: Design end-to-end integration solutions that align with business objectives and requirements. This includes selecting appropriate integration patterns, technologies, and platforms to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and integration design documents.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the integration development lifecycle. Ensure adherence to integration best practices, standards, and architectural principles.
- Integration Development: Hands-on development of integration solutions using industry-standard integration technologies such as ESBs (Enterprise Service Buses), APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), message brokers, and middleware platforms.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging integration technologies, trends, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize existing integration processes and enhance system performance.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), etc.
- Proficiency in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, or similar.
- Solid business analysis skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Nice to have
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of integration solutions. Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive documentation including design specifications, technical diagrams, and user guides. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to transfer expertise to other team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Integration Architect or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), etc.
- Proficiency in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, or similar.
- Solid business analysis skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
