The Building People's Market Offerings and Business Lines include: Real Estate & Workplace Facilities Management & Maintenance Engineering & Construction Management Energy & Environmental Technology Integration Sustainability & Smart Buildings Human Capital Mission Support Job Description The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time TIA Project Manager and active Top Secret Clearancefor a facilities engineering program to support a federal Agency. The responsibilities for the TIA Project Manager will include but will not be limited to: Monitor and report contractor planning and work operations including creating progress reports for internal management and for client to track project milestones. Execute successful projects by collaborating with senior management and contractors to effectively plan, troubleshoot issues, and develop evolving solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing/performing Forensic cost analysis and overseeing/performing detailed Cost/Time Impact Analysis (TIA) on ongoing projects and projects in dispute resolution. Additional responsibilities include overseeing/performing Forensic schedule analysis and overseeing/performing detailed Time Impact Analysis (TIA) on ongoing projects and projects in dispute resolution. Skills & Requirements Qualifications and Education Required: Active Top Secret Clearance. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year College or university. Minimum four years of related experience. Preferred experience with construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to FBI customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced project and program analysis. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Ability to build and maintain effective professional/customer relationships. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, organizational policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for adhering to all work unit and/or project deadlines. PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
