We are looking for a Threat Security Control Engineer to join our team and be placed with one of our esteemed clients. As a Threat Security Control Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls to protect our client's infrastructure from cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls to protect against cyber threats for our client.
- Monitor security systems for anomalies and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for our client.
- Collaborate with our client's teams to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on threat management and security controls.
- Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
