Adelphi is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide OT consultation at a school district in San Antonio, Texas. Bachelors or Masters in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited institution. Responsibilities: Implement childrens OT/PT individualized educational plans. Conduct evaluations/eligibility per District and Federal Educational guidelines. Attend meetings with multi-disciplinary teams to discuss such services. Effectively use the District's electronic IEP system, after training provided by the District. Follow District standards for assessment/evaluation/eligibility and if eligible, develop individualized educational plans for eligible students. Comply with timeline for services per federal law. Complete evaluations, documentation and submit prior to billing. Other duties as assigned by the administration.
