Full-Time Salary: $50,000 to $58,000 yearly starting based on experience

Independent Scheduling with Families to Meet Specific Needs

You Can Expect to:

Provide clinical, in-home treatment using the MST treatment model and principles.
Conduct a thorough assessment of clients and families to conceptualize the behaviors/strengths.
Engage parents/guardians/key participants in active, change-oriented treatment.
Educate, coach, and train parents/guardians/key participants.
Link families with school representatives, agencies, community organizations, etc. to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and provide services.
Model self-advocacy and assertive communication skills.
Participate in weekly case planning/evaluation with supportive MST supervisor and team
Receive regular training, professional development, quality assurance, supervision, and consultation to help determine next steps and processes with each family.

Adelphoi Requires:

Master's degree: Social Work, Counseling, Therapy, Psychology, Social Service field
Prior experience with family/youth therapy, cognitive/behavioral approaches preferred.
FBI and Act 33 & 34 Clearances (assistance provided by Adelphoi to obtain).
Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance.
