DescriptionSUMMARY:Supervise dealers in assigned pit section. Maintain the highest standards of customer service, game protection and integrity in the Table Games department.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manages gaming activities for assigned section of pit
• Rates players, maintains proper table banks and ensure integrity of games
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve disputes
• Implement all Casino procedures relating to Table Games operations
• Perform special assignments as assigned by Table Games Director or Shift Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Perform basic computer duties
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Three years experience working as a Table Games employee in a Casino with live house banked games with similar betting limits and at least one year's experience as a dual rate supervisor/dealer or higher.
• Knowledge of roulette, blackjack and Pai Gow.
• Ability to work effectively with coworkers and the public
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Knowledge of effective money handling procedures
• Ability to make change and mentally perform basic math calculations
• Skilled in resolving customer and Team Member relation issues
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
EDUCATION:High School Diploma or GED (required)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
