Job Responsibilities:

As a Test Coordinator/Manager, you will:
  • Excellent understanding of various SDLC processes, testing methodologies, quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Participate in discussions with client stakeholders using strong communications skills to determine requirements for testing needs within a product feature or across the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate test planning, coordinate test activities, and contribute to the overall quality assurance of our software solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive test plans.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives to guide test planning and execution.
  • Employ ALM to manage test cases, track defects, and ensure seamless communication among project teams.
  • Coordinate test execution activities, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify and escalate issues or roadblocks that may impact the testing process.
  • Identify business opportunities and be able to increase the testing footprint across the federal agency that the candidate has been deployed to.
  • Able to identify automation opportunities and able to implement End-to-End Test Automation and Tools Strategies/Roadmaps, including performance and load testing.
  • Effectively communicate testing status, results, and issues to project teams and management.
  • Establish detailed standards around the usage of the test automation tool (like Katalon Studio, Selenium Webdriver, Copado, Automation Anywhere etc.) as well as standards for the creation and storage of test artifacts (test scripts, test data, test execution results, etc.) in the repository (like GitHub, Azure DevOps Repo etc.).
  • Create training materials, and train other Digital Assurance team members on how to use the adapted automation tool (like Katalon Studio, Selenium Webdriver, Copado, Automation Anywhere etc.) in accordance with the defined standards, and how to integrate within the DevOps workflow.
  • Help define the governance processes that will be used to ensure the Digital Assurance team is using the adapted Automation Tool (like Katalon Studio, Selenium Webdriver, Copado, Automation Anywhere etc.) in a consistent, scalable, maintainable, and efficient manner across all Lines of Business and applications.
  • Create and maintain written manual and automation testing artifacts to support the team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with peers on the testing team, provide leadership / guidance and provide status to workstream leadership.
  • Investigate issues identified during testing and document the factors leading to error.
  • Read, understand. and analyze application architecture / design documents.
  • Lead test effort estimations for the project and team leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a Naturalized US Citizen.
  • Must have a active Secret Clearance.
  • Candidate must live in (or relocate to) St. Louis (MO) OR Houston (Texas) and work onsite.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in Test Coordination, Quality Assurance, Test Management and Automation including planning, assessments, script development & maintenance preferably in cloud environment.
  • At least 6+ years of experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, including experience in managing ALM with other integrated tools such as JIRA.
  • At least 3+ years of experience with commercial or open-source testing tools and techniques such as Katalon Studio, Selenium, X-ray, Unified Functional Testing, Geb, Cucumber, and Spock.
  • At least 3+ years of experience using CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, Github etc.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in development functions, methods, and programs to automate software testing using Katalon Studio, Selenium, Copado, Automation Anywhere or Java etc.
  • Experience in both REST and SOAP API Testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Katalon
  • Should have led a testing team of at least 10 to 15 resources.
  • Must have experience managing at least one large / complex program.
  • Strong experience in web-based and platform testing is a must.
  • Solid experience with managing, conducting, and facilitating Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases.
  • Must be capable of providing leadership and general direction on complex projects, issues, and problems.
Nice to have Skills/Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform 508 compliance testing.
  • Trusted Tester Certification.
  • Candidate should have experience in testing platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
  • Performance testing experience.
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Behavioral Drive Design (BDD).
  • Candidate should have experience on automation result analysis and generate automation result reports.
  • Candidate should have the ability to learn new techniques and technologies quickly.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $145,000-$155,000.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
