Position Description: Decision Technologies, Inc. seeks a self-motivated individual who can provide immediate engineering expertise and technical support to surface ship weapons test and evaluation programs sponsored by the Program Executive Office - Integrated Warfare Systems. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS CLEARANCE Responsibilities and Duties: Participate in all aspects of Missile and Weapon System test planning, execution, data analysis, and results reporting by providing on-site technical and programmatic assistance to the Developmental Test Lead. Interface with a geographically diverse team consisting of the USN Program Office, Navy Laboratories, Weapon System Design Agent, and test ranges. Support the validation of test procedures at various facilities, including Navy Laboratories, test ranges, and the Weapon System Design Agent facilities. Participate in frequent technical interchange meetings and working groups to resolve issues as required. Contribute to customer briefings and presentations. Coordinate efforts and liaise between the program office, test range, and participating Navy and contractor organizations supporting T&E activities. Required Qualifications and Skills: 3+ Years of Test and Evaluation (T&E) related experience related to DoD /Naval Weapons Systems / Missile Systems Engineering Knowledge and skills: Test and Evaluation Systems Engineering Modeling and Simulation System Integration & Testing DoD / DoN Procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 Process) Problem solving & critical thinking Communication across multi-functional teams Desired Qualifications and Skills: MS Office and Office 365 (Word, PPT, Excel, Project) proficiency MS Teams proficiency SharePoint or other digital visualization and collaboration environments Organization and communication skills Travel Requirements: Travel to prime contractors, government labs, and field activities supporting test activities and meetings. Travel to test ranges in support of flight test event execution. Travel requirements are generally flexible, with an average travel duration of 3-5 days at a rate of approximately one trip per month, depending on testing schedules.
