Actively manage and increase sales in our service area: primarily the Nashville, TN area.
Execute the company sales program to attain new business.
Develop new customers to meet company sales objectives.
Be a team player who works well with executives, administrative staff, marketing, and operations.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
Most of your time will be spent self-generating leads. You will be hunting, cold calling, and setting appointments. This is a mix of inside and outside sales. Your appointments are primarily meeting with facilities managers to perform a walk-through cleaning assessment, measuring buildings, pitching our quality services and building proposals.

Very competitive compensation package.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 starting base salary
Higher range of salary for applicants with experience selling janitorial services.
Commissions: Target of $30,000 to $60,000 per year.
Commissions are uncapped and realistically can reach $80,000 or more.
Monthly & quarterly performance bonuses and awards.
