Job Description
This position supports, develops and executes the strategy to maximize profitable growth in the National Dealer Direct Specialty Replacement Channel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for maintenance, development and execution in the following areas:
Dealer Loyalty Programs including effective use of Co-op and promotional programs
Aid in the sales planning and tracking process including the use CRM
Support the VP Dealer Direct in analyzing best growth opportunity strategies to deploy for maximum profitable growth in the channel
Support Execution of growth plans at key National, Regional and large multi-location accounts
Lead the execution of the annual National Premier Dealer Meeting
Lead the development of training content and course schedules for the Fenestration Institute. This training center is part of our development plans to educate our partners
Act as a Voice of the customer Liaison to support & execute channel specific Product Development Plans
