The Account Manager role reports to the Director of Sales within the Protein North America Business Unit.

Annual revenue of $400M.

As a Primary Account Manager you will

Create relationships with new JBT food processing customers and maintain Legacy accounts.

Build market share and serve as the primary customer contact for customers within your region.

Support the Customer Care team and be accountable for customer satisfaction

Fully employ JBT technical resources to provide productivity solutions.

Attend major industry trade shows and setting up customer events.

The Food Processing Equipment target criteria and brands are the following

C.A.T Chillers

C.A.T Pumps

C.A.T Scales

PEG Deboning and Cut-up

PEG Skinners, Pickers, Peelers, et al

MARS Indicators/Systems

Prevenio (Cross Selling)

Major equipment used by the largest Food Processing companies globally.

Must live within the Territory

Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities

You will manage

Approximately $7 Million Annually of New Equipment Sales

JBT product portfolio with Primary customers and be accountable for increasing market share and overall sales to those customers.

Use Salesforce to accurately forecast sales revenue for assigned accounts and territories.

Maintain and reference a sales prospect list with project leads.

Travel to assigned customers and throughout assigned territory to call on prospects. Willingness to travel 60-70% of time including some weekends.

Effectively use phone and email to communicate with customers and management.

Demonstrate product value using marketing materials and sales tools to emphasize the features and payback of JBT and its product portfolio.

Manage the customer's perception of JBT as the premier food processing solutions provider in the industry.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years experience in territory sales

Ability to utilize salesforce and a CRM

Ability to influence and increase market share

Goal and results driven to meet forecast

Analytical and able to use data, technical knowledge to provide solutions to industrial customers

Customer focused and relationship building skill set a must

Williness to travel up to 60% at times over the weekend
