We are a leading air treatment technology company that is expanding our sales organization rapidly. We've been in business for over 75 years, historically making parts to supply OEMs and evolving to products sold through HVAC distribution.

Because of this evolution in the business we have started growing the sales organization across the United States, hiring Territory Managers in six regions across the western side of the US.

Currently, our dynamic sales team is hiring for a Territory Manager in the following regions (Seattle, Sacramento, and Philadelphia). We are looking for a go-getter and someone who is excited to build their book of business and increase market share. You'll work autonomously growing the business in your region, creating a strategic roadmap for the business, schedule meetings, meet with our target audience, and work to expand the existing business in that market. This role is highly rewarding and requires self-motivation, drive, and persistence. Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow sales territories by building and maintaining strong relationships with HVAC contractors and distributors.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
3. Plan and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
5. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
6. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
7. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
8. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
10. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamics.
11. Maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, providing updates and information about new products and services.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a territory sales manager or a similar role in the sales industry.
2. Proven experience in the HVAC and air treatment industry.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC contractors and distributors.
4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
5. Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business opportunities.
6. Exceptional customer service skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
12. Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
