WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a People Transformation Senior Manager to help us on our continued journey to evolve and elevate our GSB People Management Team (PMT) for the Global Specialty Businesses (GSB). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping to organize and drive strategic transformation initiatives focusing on PMT capability development and business change. You will work with senior leaders to define the objectives and outcomes needed, creating the roadmap and helping deliver the activities needed, including the communications and change management efforts.

Specific areas you will be responsible for include:
  • Leading and shaping critical projects related to the ongoing evolution of our people operating model as we transform to a genAI enabled, employee-centric team in the way we work and the solutions we deliver.
  • Continuing to advance how we provide cross-functional solutions to our key stakeholders (leaders, managers and employees) by helping our people teams.
  • Streamline how they operate (global functional teaming, agile, customer-centricity mindset, etc).
  • Helping advance how we embed genAI as well as other digital tools into how we work and the solutions we deliver to our stakeholders - e.g. continue to advance GSB HR AIly effort.

In this role you will liaise with teams across HR, learning, career development, analytics, and our businesses, to help drive this agenda. In addition, you will work with groups outside of the GSB group to advance how we approach and embed an employee experience design more broadly across teams. Building on your strong expertise, you also help us drive innovation and advancement of our function globally.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
  • Next gen ways of working for HR teams - including employee/manager experience, genAI, ways to optimize and adopt automation and ensuring solutions drive the business agenda
  • Project management - helping shape the vision while understanding current state realities and translating it into a practical work effort to drive initiatives forward while keeping stakeholders apprised throughout.
  • Bringing cross-functional teams together, building relationship and followership
  • Managing projects and teams within a matrixed, global, virtual organization
  • Taking ownership and driving topics proactively
  • Performing well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art tools and technology across HR, specifically in the talent, career development, and HR space

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Ideally 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience in the HR space, or 4-6 years of consulting experience in transformation or people related areas
  • Passion for people development, change management and elevating people and teams beyond the status quo
  • Project management experience, knowledge of and experience in agile methodologies a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business judgment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Outstanding initiative, ownership, and results-orientation
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with genAI, MS PowerBI or other Automation tools
  • Excellent English skills

YOU'LL WORK WITH
The People Team PMO supports the overall People Management Team for BCG's Global Specialty Businesses (GSB). This team is responsible for delivering the agenda to advance how the PMT operates as well as drive innovation in how it works. This entails ongoing enhancement efforts as well as projects that are incumbated in the PMT and could further expand to BCG's global BST population. We work closely with the businesses, the People Team, and other BCG groups to provide to deliver high-impact outcomes. You will be working closely with our PMT Leadership Team as well as with other groups in BCG to foster collaboration beyond GSB.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The People Management Team (PMT) in GSB is comprised of several centers of expertise including HR Operations, People Analytics, Career Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition & Branding, Compensation, and Mobility. Our centers of expertise work together to build out new teams and capabilities by sourcing, acquiring and retaining the best, diverse talent for BCG's Global Specialty Businesses.

We develop talent and capabilities, while enhancing managers' effectiveness, and building affiliation and engagement in our new global offices. The PMT also harmonizes process efficiencies, automation, and global standardization. Through analytics and digitalization, we are always looking to expand our PMT capabilities and coverage.
