Our client, a best-in-class environmental services company in Royersford, is actively seeking a multi-tasking Office Coordinator to help support their office. The ideal candidate is an adminsitrative professional who is a team-player, with a 'no job is too big or too small' mentality. A passion for helping others is a must.

About You:

  • 2+ years of adminsitrative support, office coordination or reception experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, SharePoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, especially under deadlines
  • Ability to pivot/change direction to address urgent items
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

About the Job:

  • Arrange travel and meetings, compile reports, and maintain filing systems.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiently utilize tools such as MS Excel and office equipment.
  • Manage a busy, multiline phone system, greet visitors, handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintain a tidy office space.
  • Organize filing systems, contact databases, employee lists, and inventory.
  • Proficiently handle a high volume of data entry across various systems.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for staff members.
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues as directed by management.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
  • Coordinate monthly/annual projects.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, this position is a contract to hire position and is paying up to 52,000 annually depending on experince.
