Payroll systems UKG ultipro and Passport
Payroll systems UKG ultipro and Passport
Make corrections on timecards
Reach out to Employees with issues on timecards
Assist employees with password resets
Keep in constant communication with managers regarding timecard adjustments
Assist in making changes to schedules
Assist with internal audits
Run daily timecard reports for different audits in the Passport system
Assist with overall payroll and HR tasks
Qualifications:
Data Entry
Excel
Customer Service
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
