Job Description
The Telesales Inbound/Lead Team Member Position requires team members to answer and manage all calls and owner online inquiries via the CSD WebClient that are designated to the Telesales Department. Calls and CSD WebClient inquiries must be vetted and transferred to the appropriate team member for further services in the form of sales or respective departments for services as needed by the owner. Team members are to conduct distribution of sales-related calls (leads) to sales team members in a fair manner and in compliance with the "Inbound Lead Rotation Roster."
Duties and Responsibilities:
Received all inbound calls
Assign potential leads
Provide daily and weekly reports of assigned leads
Manage the Telesales CSD WebClient
