Job Description: Registered Nurse opportunities in Stepdown and Telemetry Baptist Health Louisville has eight telemetry units in the main hospital with each unit hosting 21 all private rooms. Nurses provide intermediate-level care for adult through geriatric patients with a variety of different medical diagnoses. The units provide high-level, fast-paced, patient and family centered care. Our nurses acts as a family and patient resource to guide them through all stages of the patient's healthcare journey. Each unit has a specific focus such as bariatrics, neuro spine, dialysis or cardiac services which create a unique culture and fit for virtually every nurse, while still offering the opportunities to care for a wide-variety of monitored patients. A variety of shifts and status are offered including Weekend Only and PRN in addition to full and part time positions. Medical benefits are offered for positions working a minimum of 24 hours per week with an accelerated effective date.
