Telecommunications Specialist with Security Clearance

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS), was founded in 2014 and quickly established itself as a reliable partner capable of providing a variety of information technology and cyber solutions across highly complex, highly regulated and highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), healthcare, higher education, law enforcement, retail, casino gaming and more. We are currently seeking multiple Telecom Specialists to join an upcoming contract. This opportunity is contingent upon a successful contract award to OTS. Responsibilities include: Command Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Systems Support. The personnel shall perform tracking, inventory functions, and scheduling for classified and unclassified command VTC systems. The contractor shall document, update, and maintain processes, policies, and instructions to support command users with VTC functions. The contractor shall develop and maintain the VTC schedule, and coordinate necessary trouble tickets, repairs, and upgrades to command VTC systems. The contractor shall report findings, trends, cost information, and analysis to the CNSP CIO/D-CIO and designated staff POCs. Command Phone Program Support. The contractor shall perform tracking, inventory functions, and trouble ticket coordination for command cell and landline phones. The contractor shall develop procedures and documentation to assist in user self-sufficiency and operations. The contractor shall report findings, trends, cost information, and analysis to the CNSP CIO/D-CIO and designated staff POC. Command Cable TV and Commercial Internet Support. The contractor shall perform tracking and recording of invoices related to command cable TV and commercial Internet costs and functions. Must have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in telecommunications.
