TeenSHARP: Academic Coach Member Duties :The Academic Coach will work directly with the program manager to ensure high-quality programming is delivered to TeenSHARP scholars. This person will be responsible for executing the student advising plan, supporting students with applications to enrichment opportunities, and assisting with carrying out the program components. Experience working with high school students and evaluating programs is also preferred. The member would be responsible for completing 450 hours during their time here at TeenSHARP (ending August 31, 2024). The service hours will be discussed during the interview. Our goal as an organization is to provide talented underrepresented youth with access to internships, networks with high achieving professionals, workshops to enrich their development and an unwavering support system.
