Technology Support Technicians for our client located on the east side of Rochester

Pay Rate: $17-$19/hr
Shift: A Shift - Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 5:15 pm
General Description: - Run software updates on network equipment such as smartphones, tablets, and routers
- Perform functional testing, software image load, and user-level configuration of various IT platforms and Operating Systems.
- Testing for battery life and connectivity.
- Installing apps on Smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
- Basic understanding of automated process functions.
Work Experience Requirements: - Written and Verbal communication with emphasis on following process is essential.
Education Requirements: - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
