Your Role:
As a technology analyst, you will be at the forefront of our compliance efforts, working alongside industry experts to ensure adherence to both U.S. and non-U.S. regulatory requirements. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret client investment guidelines with precision and mastery of automated compliance monitoring systems.
- Conduct in-depth research on potential exceptions and facilitate follow-up as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to complete periodic client compliance certifications and address ad hoc requests.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in existing technology systems and processes.
- Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to automate compliance processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Provide training and support to users of compliance technology systems.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to compliance.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years experience in the financial services or banking industry, preferably with traditional back-office processes.
- Experience in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and database management preferred
- General knowledge of federal securities laws, investment limitations, and policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
