Job Description Summary

Taking an overall leader role in technical aspects and team collaboration to provide engineering support to the thin film deposition processes in manufacture lines in order to meet manufacturing objectives with high quality, high productive and low cost products, as well as support the development of future generation products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead thin-film deposition manufacture process team, to sustain the production line, monitor processes and equipment to ensure minimal deviations, meeting quality and demand target. Respond to the requests in a timely manner; Able to resolve the problem in an efficient way.

Ensure the quality and minimize the risks of damages to the products by improvements in process margin and robustness of detection and procedure.

Lead the projects and deliver results on schedule either independently or with cross-functional team. The projects include not limited to failure analysis, troubleshoot production line issues, yield improvement, new tool or new process development, cost reduction.

Collaborate with integration and research and development team to smoothly transfer new processes and products into production lines.

Set up and improve automation systems and working instruction documents. Provide the training instruction to the operators.

Build up work related knowledge through self-learning.
