Description PWS Title: JCIDS Technical Writer/Requirements Analyst Clearance Type: Secret Responsibilities (including, but not limited): Perform technical analysis and writing skills to support NSWG4, in accordance with Personnel and Security Requirements Documents shall be written in accordance with all applicable JCIDS/SOFCIDS Requirements Generation standard instructions, directives, and references. Support coordination of inter-staff requirement reviews to prepare draft Capabilities Based Assessments (CBA), Initial Capability Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), DOTmLPF-P Change Recommendations (DCR), as well as Test and Evaluation and UNCLASSIFIED Page 2 of 7 Technology Transition documents such as, but not limited to, Developmental and Operational Test and Evaluation Plans (TEP), Test and Evaluation Management Plans (TEMP), System Integration Plans and related supporting products required to satisfy the capability requirements generation processes as required by NSWC, U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and Joint Staff processes. Support and assist with collecting initial inputs from users, engineers, program offices, and other stakeholders and from Lessons Learned (LL), After Action Reports (AAR), Operational Deficiency Reports (ODR) and other historical data Qualifications Possess a valid state driver's license. Be able to operate a Computerwith common and standard business software programs. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in written communication skills. Enter data into multiple databases accurately. Possess a SECRET Security Clearance. Bachelors degreein a related discipline and 10 years of experience in the field of work. 3 years experience JCIDS and or SOFCIDS experience 3 yearsexperience conducting research, gathering data, processing, assembling, and analyzing facts, drawing conclusions, effectively fusing results with other information, and developing solutions to force optimization related problems. 3 years experience using civilian and or government forecasting and modeling tools and research methods. 3 yearscollective experience working with DOD, USSOCOM, or DON agencies with indepth understanding of SOF warfighter skill sets, employment methods, and national level tasking. Defense Acquisition University certificates in RQM 110, CLR 151, CLR 250, CLR 252, CLR 101 and RQM 310.
