Work Location: Washington, DC & Remote (onsite 3 days a week required)
Clearance Required: Secret, US Citizen Responsibilities: Conducts training sessions via virtual seminars, presentations, group activities, in-person workshops, discussions, lectures and hands-on tutorials for ECA staff and implementing partner organizations
Conducts role-based training and educates staff in use of multiple desktop applications and software such as Microsoft Office as well as client-specific applications
Leads the development and modification of training programs and instructional materials and delivery models for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) implementing partners
Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus
Strategically identifies role-based training needs and develops, organizes, and evaluates training programs
Identifies and connects ECA with relevant Contractor SME expertise in a wide range of technology areas to ensure trainings are effective, up-to-date and consistently improve over time
Acts as Tier II application support as needed to manage close out of complex issues to resolution
Ability to learn custom applications and programs to best support customers
Some local, domestic and/or international travel may be required
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn about our customer programs and provide excellent service to program participants
Provide supplemental training as needed to meet customer needs
Preferred Experience/Skills: 4 years Training Experience
Experience working on the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) or other ECA exchange program(s)
Preferred Certifications (at least 1): Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM)
Certified Technical Training Specialist (CTTS)
