Technical SME with Security Clearance

Connsci is seeking a technical subject matter expert to serve as an Infrastructure Operations Lead on a large government program. This individual will be responsible for advising senior leadership, evaluating various technology solutions, and serving as a lead/architect for various large scale infrastructure projects. Specifically, this individual will support enterprise voice and data networks, data center operations, and server administration and engineering. Additionally, they may also work in support of cloud migrations, service desk operations, or an upcoming distributed antenna system upgrade. If you are someone with a diverse background in IT infrastructure who is looking to serve in an impactful advisory role, while still being able get your hands on the technology, this could be the job for you. Specific Duties May Include:
• Provide technical expertise to assist senior leadership in shaping and achieving the organization's strategic vision, operational and tactical goals
• Develop long range architecture road maps
• Participate in project meetings providing holistic review and feedback on requirements and planning
• Interact directly with clients, project and/or program negotiations and with senior management Basic Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure to include voice and data networks, server administration and engineering, and data center operations
• Active Secret clearance, per Federal stipulation
• Master's degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience developing architectural road maps
• Experience with cloud technologies and migrations
• Experience with distributed antenna systems
