Core One is seeking a Technical Security and Signals Countermeasures Analyst to support the program. This position requires an active TS clearance with eligibility for a TS/SCI. This position is contingent upon contract award. In this position, you will support USSOCOM Counterintelligence (CI) by conducting all-source CI threat analysis tailored to the planning and execution of Special Operations Forces (SOF) J2X Counterintelligence (TC) and TSSC missions. Roles & Responsibilities: Review intelligence reports that could impact SOF core functions and activities; provide comments and recommendations to senior leaders. Collaborate with external intelligence agencies and establish analytic working relationships with organizations supporting TSSC activities. Prepare Requests for Information from National and DoD TSSC member agencies. Collaborate with TSSC practitioners and provide subject matter expertise in support of TSSC missions. Provide technical SME support to CI Functional Services by delivering timely intelligence and technical threat briefings in search of technical operations. Advise TSSC Leadership in their efforts to develop a robust analytic support structure to better support the local TSSC program. Track foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) and terrorist organizations' offensive and defensive technical collection capabilities by country. Assess, evaluate, and report emerging technology threats, draft Liaison Contact Reports, draft CI After Action Reports, and produce comprehensive TSSC Threat Assessments. Conduct non-attributable searches for TSSC-related information. Present TSSC education briefings to the USSOCOM workforce. Collaborate with Intelligence Community network defenders, partner nations, and private sector organizations to detect, identify, neutralize, and/or exploit FIE exploitation efforts. Requirements: Completion of the Inter-agency Training Center and National Cryptographic School's TSSC Analyst Course. Possession and maintenance of Information Assurance Technician Level II certification in accordance with DoDI 8140.01, Cyberspace Workforce Management, and DoDM 8570.01, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program. Acquisition of network traffic analysis training using Packet Capture (PCAP) data and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, Network Miner, etc.) within one year of employment. Ten years of proven experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst. Three years of demonstrated experience in conducting TCI Analysis. Currently holds a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Demonstrated basic knowledge of TSSC missions, equipment, and methodologies gained through prior TSSC assignments, mission support, schooling, etc. Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
