You Have: 6+ years of experience with leading teams, including managing resources, deliverables, and overseeing day to day tasks of the team
4+ years of experience with requirements, such as gathering, analyzing, and documenting
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology
Ability to ensure alignment of project objectives and client expectations
Nice If You Have: Experience with utilizing JIRA to manage sprints, user stories, and a backlog of requirements
Experience working with the DoD or Navy
Knowledge of ServiceNow
Ability to perform process mapping and analyze processes for efficiencies to create To-Be process maps
PMP certification
