You Have:

6+ years of experience with leading teams, including managing resources, deliverables, and overseeing day to day tasks of the team

4+ years of experience with requirements, such as gathering, analyzing, and documenting

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology

Ability to ensure alignment of project objectives and client expectations

Nice If You Have:

Experience with utilizing JIRA to manage sprints, user stories, and a backlog of requirements

Experience working with the DoD or Navy

Knowledge of ServiceNow

Ability to perform process mapping and analyze processes for efficiencies to create To-Be process maps

PMP certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
