Payments Platform PgM TVC Support
Background:
The Payments Platform t/PGM team is currently operating above capacity and expects to remain in this position for the foreseeable future. The platform t/PGM team supports the payments platform ecosystem and interacts with senior leadership on a day to day basis. The t/PGM is looking for an additional program manager to join the team to own and drive project execution and reporting with stakeholders. There is opportunity to work cross functionally with multiple engineering teams and cross PA with Ads. The projects are all within the identity verification domain and primarily for Ads use cases.

Projects & Responsibilities - Own regular execution cadence, execution statdependencies tracking, and regular communication to xFN partners.
- Proactively collaborate with Payments and xFN partners to identify issues, opportunities, define success criteria, implement solutions to close gaps, and triage issues
- Plan out execution roadmap with senior leads
- This role will require impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Project management, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of Experience in program management, release management and/or engineering management working on software engineering projects.
- Experience in cross-functional Collaboration, cross-functional Agility, Collaboration, Customer Success Metrics, and Metrics Management.
