We're seeking a Technical Project Manager for a FTE remote opportunity.

Overview:
Organization is looking for a Technical Project Manager to grow in a diverse role with an organization that is expanding rapidly
This individual will be responsible for planning, managing, and driving the delivery of projects that provide exceptional business value to users
As a Technical Project manager you will help to organize, identify risks and effectively communicate both internally and externally
You will also work hand and hand with upper management to provide guidance on the scope and direction, ensuring projects are on schedule, and collaborate with other departments for support.

Responsibilities:
•  Lead and manage projects from conception through completion to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline

•  Track project against plan, anticipate events which may require contingency plans, recommend corrective action, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed

•  Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle

•  Determine resource involvement needed to complete the project and allocate resources as needed

•  Translate the high-level organizational objectives into definable project scopes while focusing on regular and timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders

•  Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users

•  Contribute to Controls roadmap and product backlog grooming

•  Define and manage the project management processes, implement best practices, and champion ongoing process improvement

•  Maintain documentation on knowledge base, project management processes and best practices
Qualifications:
•  Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience

•  3+ years of experience managing projects using formal project management disciplines and methodologies

•  Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and processes

•  Experienced in Agile project management methodologies and tools (agile, scrum, Kanban, waterfall, DevOps, Jira, Confluence)
•  PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

•  Experience managing projects involving both software and hardware in a cross-functional team is a plus
