You will be responsible for program risk management and ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, tracked, and managed. You'll be responsible for conducting routine meetings, interfacing on project/program status, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinating audits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, or technical related discipline Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of required education Proficient leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews Requires ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situations Experience in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, strategic thinking, marketing, and literacy in the program management disciplines. Experience with the evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes. Experience with preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes. Ability to obtain a government security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Current TS/SCI security clearance. Master's degree in an Electrical Engineering or similar technical specialty, MBA or management Advanced knowledge of power electronics products, such as power convertors, power controllers, and power distribution units. Experience leading the development of space-based power electronics products in a rapid prototyping commercial space environment. Ability to oversee multiple product development efforts, in coordination with Programs, to assure successful program execution for technical, schedule, and design-to-cost (DTC) objectives. Ability to lead and drive high-performance cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on program execution, customer satisfaction, and speed to market. Ability to work collaboratively across functions to ensure that design-for-X principles are consistently applied to product development. Experience developing and managing product roadmaps that are aligned to business objectives and customer needs. Ability to apply sound technical and programmatic judgment, and make impactful decisions in complex and ambiguous situations, often with incomplete data. Demonstrated passion for ideation and innovation, as well as motivating others to act by creating a shared sense of vision or purpose. Possess a strategic mindset, linking technology and business. Proven experience and skills in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, and strategic thinking. Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, and enforcing accountability. Physical/Mental/Emotional Requirements: Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity Rarely lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs.
