JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the strategy and vision for customer engagement across all digital platforms.
Develop tools, infrastructure, and data integrations for managing large-scale, personalized customer communications.
Lead initiatives for automated, cross-channel marketing campaigns to optimize user experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Measure and report on the impact of personalization efforts on customer engagement and business growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
4+ yrs of Product Manager experience (Product Owner is preferred)
Consumer facing product experience
Building new user features end-to-end (0-1)
Experiment experience A/B testing, statistical analysis
