Desired Background:

- 3-5 years experience of team management in an ecommerce or tech environment

- Experience with Sprint Management and/or Program Management

- Confidence in MS Excel, Querybook, CJA (Customer Journey Analytics), Tableau or other data query and reporting tools

- Specialty in Tagging or Data Sharing configurations is desirable but not essential

- Current Agile, PMI, or Prince2 Practitioner Certification is desirable but not essential

- Bachelor's and master's degree, or combination of relevant education and experience

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, across all teams, regions, and levels of hierarchy both internally and externally

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to support and influence team members to be accountable and complete work to high standards

- Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, demonstrate adaptability and deliver under pressure to a tight timeline

- A self-starter with a positive attitude, not afraid to get stuck into problem solving, decision making and improving processes within a dynamic environment
