The pay range is commensurate upon experience and within market range. Additional 20% bonus and excellent benefits including both a 401K & Pension, generous PTO and paid holidays.
Schedule is ON-SITE in Cary, NC. Must be eligible to work directly for the company as a W2 employee.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- Minimum of 7 years of software development experience with Java
- At least 2 years of software development management or team lead experience.
- Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Agile certification (PMI or SCRUM alliance) preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred (must be earned within the first 12 months of employment).
This individual will be responsible for:
- Gathering requirements and developing business cases for project portfolio management.
- Creating project plans, including budgeting, issues, risks, action items, and status reports.
- Conduct release planning.
- Managing resources and budgets across multiple projects to ensure deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Leading teams in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting software products.
- Identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
- Supervising performance and professional development of technical team members.
- Following company's Agile approach to software development.
- Collaborating with product managers, businesses analysts, and stakeholders.
- Reporting project progress and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ensuring effective communication with senior management and stakeholders
