Technical / Deskside Support III

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Technical / Deskside Support III for our premier client in Kirkland, Washington.
WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications
- A+ certification a plus but not a must.
- Must have valid drivers license.
Education and Experience
- 5 years exp working with end users.
- Must have support experience in Large-scale environment.
- Must have experience managing Users and Devices in Active Directory.
- Experience using IT Ticketing software.
- MUST Mac hardware and software technical support experience.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage setup, deployment, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the roll-out of new technologies.
- Must be able to work under pressure to support tight deadlines and work alone with min direction.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for end-user hardware and software issues, including operating systems, office productivity software, email clients, and specialized applications.
- Administration of mobile device management (MDM) solutions and support mobile users.
- Troubleshooting conference room presenting equipment (Cisco/Crestron) and setting up meetings on the fly.
