ROLE: Lead Technical Consultant
LOCATION: ONSITE ONLY - Tampa, FL
DURATION: 1 YR with possible extension
Pay Rate: 58 -63/hr Clearance Required: Secret Clearance We are looking for an expert Technical Consultant with Project Management skills to support a large hardware data center deployment project for EL8000's. Job Description:
- Technical Lead to provide support around HPE platforms, operating systems, and application environments as directed by the customer.
- Manage, escalate, and drive satisfactory resolution of customer's technical, service and infrastructure issues.
- Facilitates product roadmap discussions, education through onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and sharing new release updates.
- Work collaboratively with customer organizations to strategically plan for successful deployments and help realize optimal value on in-scope systems. Skills Required: Key knowledge of the DL Servers, Storage, EL-8000s, Azure AD w/HCI overlay running containers, Aruba Networks, and VMs. Desired Skills: Resource with a Project Management (Agile PM methodology) background is highly desired. Skills in Troubleshooting. Strong communications and organizational skills as the resource will need to engage directly with various levels of customer and HPE teams.
