Executive Technology Concierge
Delta Dallas is partnering with a company in its search for a Technology Concierge. This person will be the go-to person for fixing computer and software issues. They work closely with the Executive to predict and solve technical problems in their office, homes, during travel, or on personal devices. This role demands professionalism, discretion, and a focus on providing top-notch white glove technical support.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Be the main contact for the Executive for any tech issues, both personal and professional.
  • Take care of regular maintenance for hardware and organize repairs or replacements for IT, security, audio-visual, and telecom equipment.
  • Solve recurring problems by getting to the root cause.
  • Keep track of all tech equipment used by the Executive for both personal and professional use.
  • Travel with the Executive when needed to help with their tech needs.
Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience delivering technical concierge-level support to C-Suite executives.
  • Experience in managing a hybrid Apple/Microsoft environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • The ability to react quickly to critical needs and re-prioritize projects to accommodate changing circumstances.
  • Patience and critical thinking skills in order to identify the root causes of problems in order to prevent future issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology is highly preferred
