What You Will Do:
You will report to the Associate Director of Tech at Lilly HR. It is a chance to join a very driven team and contribute to projects and systems that affect all of Lilly's organization and reach many employees.

  • Remain constantly curious and continually educate yourself on the technologies related to this role to ensure the current and future success of your business partners, teammates and yourself. You will bring your curiosity into emerging technologies (e.g. AI, Automations) to enable solution ideations with the HR business teams.

  • Bring to bear your technological knowledge to build and design processes to ensure the on-time delivery of projects, aligned to the exciting HR Technology agenda.

  • Use your soft skills (relationship building, excellent communication) to influence business decisions, products, vendors, technologies we use to ensure the success of the HR team.

  • The successful candidate will hold themselves to the highest standard of integrity, honest, trustworthiness and won't be shy about speaking up when you disagree.

  • Your desire to maintain a high level of quality will shine through to ensure that processes and quality practices are being followed.



Your Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree

  • 5+ years working with a range of technologies, platforms or architecture.

  • Knowledge of Change Management Processes, Project Management practices.


Additional Skills/Preferences:
Previous experience in working in a regulated/GxP environment would be useful, but not required.

Additional Information:

• Travel 5% (to conference, or if candidate is located outside of Indianapolis, for HQ trips).

• Position location - Most business partners are located in Indianapolis, however other candidate locations with cross over time zones will be considered.
