Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to help lead our technical accounting and financial reporting function. In this strategic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards, providing technical expertise on complex accounting issues, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and reporting knowledge and an ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external auditors to identify and resolve technical accounting issues and financial reporting matters. This position will report to the Senior Director of Accounting & Reporting.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

• Based in California: $104,550 - 123,000

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
