Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience with hardware, 3D printing, or manufacturing industries
  • 1-2 years experience in project management
  • Proficiency in utilizing software tools such as Magics or Netfabb, Google Workplace, Notion, Clickup, and Hubspot to streamline client interactions and project management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated expertise in addressing client inquiries and concerns related to design, engineering, and 3D printing.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in maintaining client records and transaction history.
  • Prior experience working with digital systems and CRM platforms to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Ability to oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to specifications and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborative mindset with the capability to coordinate cross-departmental efforts to meet client objectives.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability foster positive business relationships
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns regarding design, engineering, and 3D printing with professionalism and expertise.
  • Enhance and fortify client connections through consistent communication and personalized attention.
  • Coordinate with the production team to monitor and update the status of client orders.
  • Utilize our digital systems and CRM platforms to maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transaction history.
  • Oversee client projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all specifications and deadlines within Makelab.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gain deep insights into project requirements and objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts, including production and marketing, to meet client project objectives efficiently.
  • Deliver timely and accurate quotes and invoices to clients in accordance with company policies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, leveraging technical expertise and workflow knowledge to enhance their experience.
  • Prioritize and resolve customer inquiries, quotes, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • With guidance from HQ, regular 3D printer maintenance
Bonus
  • Proficient in 3D modeling software (Solidworks, Onshape, Fusion360)
Logistics
  • Part time, transition to full time as business grows
  • Monday-Friday, 9:30-6pm
Compensation

$25/hr
