As a technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our attractions run seamlessly, safely, and efficiently. From maintaining equipment to troubleshooting, your hands-on expertise will contribute to the magical experiences of our guests.
Essential Job Functions:Responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of the attraction including the rides, cinema, equipment and machinery.
Ensures the safety of all team members, guests, and animals.
Promotes team member development through effective training, coaching, and leadership.
Oversees all opening, operating, and closing procedures
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends to support site operations.
Education and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of service industry experience in a technical/themed environment.
At least 2 years of technical college; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Highly self-motivated with previous maintenance experience with maintaining a wide range of equipment including rides.
Experience in maintaining flexibility and the highest level of service in fast paced environments.
