Tebis Programmer

Job Summary:

The Tebis Operator within Roush will be responsible for operating and programming Tebis within the Creative Services Studio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Have strong skills with working with a creative design environment 10%
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and renderings 10%
Develop surface models from supplied data from outside sources 20%
Understand the fundamentals of composite tooling 20%
Create toolpaths and tool design 40%

Education and Experience (required):
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC programs and operations
Must possess engineering or Design Studio experience
Experience with clay modeling
Have prototype build experience

Education and Experience (preferred):
10 years minimum programming on Tebis or applicable software
GD&T proficiency
Prototype build experience
CAD surfacing
STL file manipulation

Skills and Abilities (required):
Ability to use Tebis CAD software proficiently.
Knowledge of composite tooling fundamentals.
Strong creative design environment skills.
