Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our establishment. Duties: - Greet customers warmly and assist them in their inquiries - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen - Assist in bussing tables and dishwashing as needed - Operate cash registers and handle customer orders promptly - Adhere to food safety standards at all times - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure timely service Experience: - Previous experience in a retail, restaurant, or kitchen environment is preferred - Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions - Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is a plus - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety protocols is beneficial - Experience with cash registers or POS systems is advantageous Join our team today and be part of a vibrant work environment that values teamwork, customer satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
