We are pipelining candidates for a future role. Contingent upon Contract Award Valiant is seeking a Team Leader Field Engineering for W-TRS. Potential locations could include: California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Korea, and potential additional CONUS locations. Essential job duties include but are not limited to:
• Brief, instruct, and train Army users on installation/de-installation. Responsibilities:
• Set-up, maintenance, and perform mission tasks utilizing Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS)
• Maintains existing exportable training support packages that integrate training products and materials necessary to train the system.
• Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
• Reviews status of projects and budgets
• Manage schedules and prepares status reports
• Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Mental/Physical requirements for this role include:
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as appropriate.
• Ability to perform duties in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind and rain) and at height.
• Willing to work a flexible workweek.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license and maintain post driving privileges.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
• This position may require travel to other installations and other WTRS locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS. Basic Qualifications:
• Must be able to gain access to military installation.
• 8 years' experience in TADSS management/ maintenance operations or combination of senior military experience.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree
• US citizenship is required. Possess an Active Secret US Government Clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.
