What the Team Lead will do:- Track and report attendance daily
- Provide additional support for new hires on their first day
- Greet new employees and give tours of the office and production area
- Assist new employees with clocking in/out, and going over break and lunch expectations
- Coordinate training and/or training the new employees
- Conduct multiple check-ins throughout the day
- Recognize, coach, and enforce any GMP violations
- Ensure employees stay busy if there is extended downtime, due to production changes throughout the day
- Complete the required forms each shift and provide the report to the Onsite Representative
What you ll bring to the Team Lead job:- Must report to work 30 minutes before the start of their respective shift time
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for an extended period of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to complete regular bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Comfortability working in a production environment, including forklift, equipment, and damp floors
