Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
- Conduct tax research and provide guidance to clients on tax-related issues
- Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve tax-related inquiries
- Review and supervise the work of junior staff members
- Participate in client meetings and provide tax planning advice to clients
- Assist with tax audits and other tax-related projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and planning, preferably with nonprofit and high net worth clients
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
