Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law, excellent mathematical skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a Tax Preparer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients meet their tax obligations and maximize their financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely individual and business tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on tax-related matters.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice.
• Analyze financial statements and other relevant documents to identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Maintain organized and complete tax files for each client.
• Keep detailed records of all tax-related activities.
• Educate clients on tax-saving strategies and financial planning techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification a plus).
• Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Proficient in tax preparation software and MS Office Suite.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
